Licensed Psychiatric Tech - Corrections

We're looking for you to become a valued member of the healthcare team at our client's medical facility!*
* ** Pay Rate: ** $45.50 / hour

** Details*
* + Full Time Schedules

+ Some weekends may be required

+ 8 or 12 hour shifts available depending on the facility

+ Contract Position (flexible with shift availability is a plus)

+ Sat-Sun 1:30pm-10pm

** Duties*
* + Provide basic nursing care to patients with mental health conditions

+ Monitor patient behavior, mood, and vital signs

+ Assist with daily living activities (hygiene, meals, mobility)

+ Administer medications as directed and within scope of practice

+ Support patients during therapy and treatment activities

+ Report changes in patient condition to nurses or physicians

+ Maintain patient safety and prevent self-harm or injury

+ Document patient care and observations

+ Assist in crisis intervention and de-escalation

+ Follow treatment plans and facility protocols

** Qualifications*
* + Graduation from an accredited educational institution

+ Licensed as a  
** Licensed Psychiatric Tech
** by the State in  
** CA** . The license MUST be in good standing

+ Minimum 1 year previous working experience within the last 36 months (3yrs) as a  
** Licensed Psychiatric Tech*
