Site Supervisor (SS)

Secureone Security Services is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee security operations at assigned sites, mentor officers, and provide training and operational support to the branch.

• Provide direction and leadership to Site/Account assigned Officers, and assist with areas of responsibility as needed.
• Support all site areas and conduct inspections of assigned personnel.
• Manage, motivate, coach, and evaluate the performance of all assigned staff and officers.
• Develop and implement measurement and evaluation tools for efficiency, accuracy, timeliness, and cost/benefit in each area of responsibility.
• Recommend creation, modification, and updating of policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines relevant to the assigned Site/Account.
• Implement controls for accurate and timely patrol and alarm response activities.
• Respond proactively to incidents and coordinate appropriate responses and notifications.
• Review all aspects of the Site/Account for potential improvement and profitability.
• Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and with client operations.
• Resolve any potential issues, concerns, or threats at assigned site/account in collaboration with office management.
• Demonstrate clear and compelling presentation of ideas, with strict attention to detail.
• Exhibit emotional intelligence, strong people skills, and the ability to build and manage client relationships.
• Maintain strong personal presence, credibility, and high integrity.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Available to attend supervisory/managerial meetings monthly and quarterly.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Valid security license required in the applicable state.
• Minimum 2–3 years of progressive security experience.
• Successful completion of a background investigation and post‑offer/pre‑employment drug/alcohol test, as a condition of employment.
• Maintain active status of all required licenses at all times and carry the license while on duty.
• Exhibit exceptional customer service and communication skills.

• 3+ years of security experience.
• 2–3+ years of supervisory/managerial experience.
