We are currently looking for the right Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team! The role offers an hourly wage plus commission based on performance, with potential earnings up to 8% on transactions, averaging an additional $5.69 per hour on top of your base rate.

Seeking entry-level, part-time sales associates nationwide. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing sales and loans, maintaining the sales floor, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves working with jewelry, tools, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations), and more. Compensation includes hourly pay plus commissions based on productivity.

• Greet and interact with customers to provide financial solutions.
• Perform opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle sales and loan transactions per policies and regulations.
• Manage cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Answer calls and communicate legal aspects of transactions.
• Work effectively with team members to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Complete training successfully.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Capability to stand, walk, climb, push, and pull for extended periods.
• Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification.
• Minimum age 18, High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong desire to serve customers and work in a team.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic math and cash handling (preferred).
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literacy and POS system operation skills.
