• Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC.
• Ensure accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP Logs.
• Review inventory efficiencies for product orders.
• Implement cost controls.
• Monitor people charts and production planning; adjust as needed.
• Manage schedule and onboarding process.
• Implement plans addressing employee needs and operational assessments.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication with guests and team.
• Resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, make hard decisions.
• Available for all shifts, including open, close, weekends and holidays.
