Brief Description: Customer Service Representative is responsible for selling new auto insurance policies, renewing policies, servicing existing policies, and marketing for potential new business.

Requirements:

• Computer literate from basic to intermediate skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) helpful
• Excellent communication skills, assertive, capable of providing a first-rate customer experience
• Must pass state licensing requirements
• Flexible schedule
• Reliable transportation

Education/Training/Experience: High School Diploma; previous customer service experience is helpful

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sales and customer service, providing courteous assistance to internal and external customers
• Answer questions regarding policies
• Accept payments and process transactions
• Identify customer needs regarding policies
• Follow up on quotes, renewals, and cancellations
• Participate in marketing initiatives for new business development
• Maintain a neat work area and office
• FNOLs (vehicle inspections) and vehicle photography (squatting, bending, flexing required)
• Bank deposits
