The engagement is contingent on continued availability of that funding, is not guaranteed for the full period, and does not carry any expectation of renewal, extension, or conversion to another position once the SOW concludes or funding ends.

KGCDC is seeking to engage an independent contractor to deliver program management and fiscal oversight services for the EEIC Modern Merchant Initiative under a defined Statement of Work (SOW). The Contractor will be responsible for producing the deliverables described below, using the Contractor’s own professional methods, tools, and schedule, subject only to the milestone dates and outcomes specified in the SOW and the compliance requirements imposed on KGCDC by its federal award.

This is a project-based engagement with a fixed scope and end date tied to the program cycle. It is not intended to create and does not create an employment relationship between the Contractor and KGCDC. The Contractor is engaged for the results to be achieved, not for the specific means or manner by which those results are produced, except where federal award compliance requires otherwise (see Federal Compliance Note below).

• Deliver a completed program master calendar covering all EEIC Small Business Development tracks (Blueprint Incubator — 3 cohorts, Deep Dives & Bootcamps, Business Coaching & Mentorship, Back Office Coach Program, Special Generator, Matchmaking & Resource Fairs, and Alumni Master Classes)
• Establish and maintain participant enrollment, intake, screening, and onboarding systems across all program tracks
• Coordinate logistics for program sessions (room reservations, AV/technology setup, materials, speaker confirmations) sufficient to ensure sessions run as scheduled
• Serve as the designated point of contact for program participants, facilitators, coaches, and community partners for matters within the SOW
