We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee telecom, low‑voltage, structured cabling, fiber, security, and technology infrastructure projects throughout Maryland, Northern Virginia, and Washington DC.
This role will be responsible for managing project execution, financial performance, customer relationships, schedules, subcontractors and field coordination from project kickoff through closeout.
The ideal candidate has a strong construction background and understands how to successfully manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. Telecom or low‑voltage experience is highly preferred but not required.
Responsibilities- Manage projects from award through completion
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, labor utilization, and profitability
- Coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors
- Review contracts, plans, specifications, and scope requirements
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Maintain project schedules and ensure successful execution
- Participate in project meetings and customer communications
- Support business development efforts through relationship management
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably
- 5+ years of Project Management experience within construction
- Telecom, low‑voltage, structured cabling, fiber, security, or technology infrastructure experience preferred
- Commercial construction experience required
- Experience managing project financials and schedules
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and project teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software
- Telecom construction experience
- Structured cabling experience
- Fiber optic construction experience
- Security systems experience
- Experience working with union labor
- Former field leadership experience
- Existing customer relationships within the market
- Baltimore, MD – Fully onsite
- Projects are located throughout Maryland, Northern Virginia, and Washington DC
