We are seeking an Estimator to support telecom, low‑voltage, structured cabling, fiber, and construction‑related projects.

This role will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates, reviewing project drawings and specifications, soliciting subcontractor pricing, evaluating project risks, and supporting successful project execution.

Candidates with strong construction estimating experience are encouraged to apply. Telecom experience is preferred but not required.

• Prepare complete project estimates and bid packages
• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing
• Analyze labor, material, and equipment costs
• Identify project risks and pricing opportunities
• Support bid strategy and proposal preparation
• Maintain bid tracking and estimating records
• Participate in project handoffs to operations teams
• Collaborate with project managers and field leadership

• 3-10 years of estimating experience
• Construction estimating experience required
• Telecom, low‑voltage, structured cabling, or fiber experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and estimating software

• Telecom estimating experience
• Structured cabling experience
• Fiber optic construction experience
• Security systems experience
• Union construction experience
• Experience supporting commercial projects
