Job Summary
The Small Business Banker II proactively deepens relationships with existing Small Business customers within a specified territory, ensures equitable access to banking products across communities, and manages the front-end fulfillment of Small Business loan requests.

Pay: $32.00 - $47.75 USD per hour (or as applicable)
Responsibilities- Conduct customer assessments within 30 days of new Small Business customers opening accounts.
- Assign customers to the proper TD Relationship Manager (RMLM, SB Specialist, Store Manager) based on assessment results.
- Actively call and meet with new and existing Small Business customers to deepen relationships, manage service issues, and identify product needs.
- Generate sales and referrals to bank partners (RMLM, Merchant, Commercial, Treasury Management, Credit Card, Retail, Wealth).
- Directly manage a group of store loan portfolios within the Front End Fulfillment process, responsible for origination, structuring, and closing of all non-RMLM Small Business loan requests.
- Develop Small Business product expertise to assess potential product fits for customer base.
- Coordinate with Stores and Commercial Bank to ensure superior customer service measured by CWI.
- Maintain portfolio of all loans in Front End Fulfillment, performing relationship checkups and renewal processes.
- Contribute to achievement of Small Business Banking sales and business development objectives by meeting or exceeding individual sales goals.
- Analyze local market, competitive offers, and economic trends.
- Collaborate with the Small Business Credit Center and product groups for timely credit application responses.
- Review reports, dashboards, pipelines, etc., to ensure accurate and complete reporting and evaluate performance weekly.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of related experience.
- At least 4 years of calling, lending, or credit support at the Small Business level.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed marketing goals.
- Proven ability to understand and analyze personal and business financial statements.
