The General Manager provides the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure the company achieves its sales growth, has the proper operational controls to support and sustain its growth and the people in place to ensure achievement of its financial results. Responsible for achieving budgeted commercial building sales goals, leading its operations, employees, clients and promoting company culture and vision.

• Oversee daily operations and functional departments: sales, operations, finance, human resources, etc.
• Achieve performance metrics to include net gain, growth, per capita retention and staffing model.
• Define and implement strategies to accelerate company growth – build and influence an effective sales team and strengthen a culture around operational excellence.
• Maintain and manage the budget and forecast. Analyze all financial reporting monthly and maximize shareholder return.

• 7-10+ years of progressive experience in business development, B2B sales and operations with a proven history of sales growth and have the desire to do it again.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a sales and client management workforce with strong accountability for results and achievement of sales goals.
• Financial acumen, specifically understanding of financial statements and budgets/forecasting.
• Attention to detail; know when to roll-up your sleeves and when to leverage help from others.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field required; MBA is preferred.
• This is an equity position and requires a monetary investment with the partners.
