The Food & Beverage Warehouse Supervisor manages all warehouse operations across the park, including:

• Supervise daily operations of the warehouse team and assigned departments.
• Lead by example, embodying park values.
• Act as mentor and coach to team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Maintain knowledge of all warehouse positions and backfill when needed.
• Participate in hiring, orientation, training, performance coaching, and discipline.
• Ensure meal and break compliance with state law.
• Maintain daily sign‑in sheets (CA only).
• Assist with scheduling and timekeeping.
• Conduct opening and closing procedures in assigned areas.
• Enforce food safety guidelines and local Health Department requirements.
• Maintain alcohol safety practices where applicable.
• Oversee quality controls and proper rotation of perishables.
• Ensure cleanliness of all interior and exterior areas.
• Manage inventory with accurate receiving, order fulfillment, cycle counts, and waste control.
• Interface with stakeholders for product and supply needs and with maintenance for equipment or plant needs.
• Inspect delivered products for damage.
• Process invoices from deliveries.
• Follow safety guidelines from OSHA and other regulatory bodies.
• Perform any other duties assigned by leadership.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of warehouse or supervisory experience preferred.
• Must become forklift certified within 30 days of hire.
• Must become Food Handler Safety Certified (Serv Safe or similar) or obtain within 90 days of hire when required.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to work until late hours from open to close.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to safely operate motorized vehicles and equipment.
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to resolve issues positively.
• Ability to handle high‑pressure situations and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to stand, walk, and remain on feet for majority of day.
• Ability to stoop, twist, kneel, bend, squat, or reach above shoulders frequently.
• Ability to remain sedentary while using computer.
• Ability to work in enclosed spaces and refrigerated areas.
• Ability to withstand heat and humidity in various food stands and restaurants.
• Ability to use step ladder safely.
• Ability to lift objects weighing 50 pounds or more.
• Ability to use hands to grasp, control, move objects or tools.
• Ability to search details of objects more than a few feet away.

• Office as well as indoor and outdoor park locations.
• Frequent interruptions and reprioritization.
• Exposure to variable temperatures, sun, humidity, dust, rain, snow, ice.
• Refrigerated temperatures on a regular basis.
• Repetitive motion and lifting of heavy objects.
• Exposure to dust and chemical cleaning agents.
