Job Description:
- Responsible for all aspects of accounting
- Responsible for timely delivery and accurate financial processing, month-end / year-end close, cash management reports, and balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations.
- Supervise Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable staff
- Prepare weekly cash forecast and bank activity postings
- Assist Customer Service team, Sales Reps, and Buyers regarding customer and vendor matters.
- Oversee preparation of annual MISC-1099
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Must be deadline oriented with excellent time management skills
- ERP knowledge required (SAP, Oracle, JDE, etc.)
- Advance skills in Excel, knowledge of Power BI and other Microsoft Office Applications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience
