Flow Inventory Associate

Car Max is hiring a Flow Inventory Associate to support accurate, efficient vehicle movement and inventory control on our lot. In this retail support role, you'll locate, scan, and track vehicles, update inventory systems, and stage cars for photography, detailing, and sales. You'll inspect vehicles for damage, follow safety and security procedures, and coordinate with sales, service, and logistics teams to ensure cars are in the right place at the right time.

Responsibilities

• Receive, scan, and track vehicles to maintain accurate inventory records
• Move and stage vehicles across the lot for sales, service, and photography
• Perform basic visual inspections to identify damage or discrepancies
• Use RF scanners and inventory systems to update vehicle locations and status
• Organize and maintain clean, safe lot and inventory areas
• Coordinate with sales, service, and logistics teams on vehicle availability
• Follow all safety, security, and company policy procedures
• Support daily and cycle inventory counts and reconciliation
