We are seeking a highly organized professional to manage procurement operations and safeguard supply continuity within a manufacturing environment. Our team prioritizes quality, accuracy, and efficiency, and relies on this position to deliver cost-effective solutions while supporting internal stakeholders and vendor relationships.

• Review purchase requisitions and determine appropriate avenues for procurement.
• Identify potential suppliers, obtain bids or quotations, and negotiate pricing and terms to maximize value.
• Generate purchase orders and contracts, ensuring precise compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor order status, expedite deliveries to meet project timelines, and resolve discrepancies with suppliers concerning pricing, quality, and delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of purchasing or procurement experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel, with strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work effectively in a fast-paced setting, and demonstrate strong negotiation and communication skills.
