    Position Requirements

    • 1+ year of experience in customer service and/or dispatch
    • High school diploma or GED
    • Full-time onsite availability
    • Clear background check and drug screening
    • Fluent in speaking & writing in English

    Position Responsibilities
    • Manage all inbound leads (calls, web, text, chat) professionally; book appointments based on urgency, availability, and technician fit.
    • Accurately log call details, maintain client/job records, and follow up on unbooked leads until resolved.
    • Own the dispatch board—assign jobs based on skill, location, and timing; update schedules and communicate changes to clients and techs.
    • Coordinate pre-job needs: ensure parts are ready, permits pulled, and jobs are pre-closed for efficient execution.
    • Monitor performance metrics, follow SOPs, and continuously improve through training and feedback.
