Customer Service Representative - Join Our Dynamic Team!
Are you a friendly, detail-oriented communicator who thrives on helping others? As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the vital link between our customers and our company, ensuring smooth order processing and excellent service every step of the way.
Your role will involve answering customer calls, accurately entering and processing customer orders, and resolving inquiries with a smile. With shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, this is your chance to contribute to a team that values dedication and quality.
Required Skills:
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Accurate data entry with great attention to detail
* Comfortable handling multiple phone calls professionally
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Nice to Have
Skills:
* Previous experience in customer service or order processing
* Familiarity with customer service software and databases
* Problem-solving mindset and ability to remain calm under pressure
Preferred
Education and Experience:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
Other Requirements:
* Reliable availability for the designated shift hours
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
