Customer Service Representative - Aerospace - Camarillo, CA

Job Description

Our organization works with partner companies to source qualified talent for their open roles. This position is available to Veterans, Transitioning Military, National Guard and Reserve Members, Military Spouses, Wounded Warriors, and their Caregivers.

Location:

Camarillo, CA. Work hours 8‑5 pm, Monday‑Friday. This role is on‑site.

Salary range: $65,000 – $93,000 per year (general guideline).

Customer Service Representative – Aerospace. This role involves managing business interactions and relationships with customers to achieve satisfaction, meet contract requirements, and support growth opportunities.

• Serve as primary contact for assigned customers.
• Manage all aspects of customer relationships and daily interactions.
• Support order management to ensure accurate and timely order processing and returns.
• Understand contract terms through collaboration with Contracts Team.
• Monitor contracts for compliance with delivery requirements.
• Develop and maintain customer‑specific manuals and key contractual elements.
• Negotiate and manage changes in customer demand to ensure accurate flow‑down.
• Follow up on quotes and monitor quote status.
• Maintain knowledge and train others on customer schedules.
• Work closely with Accounts Receivable to resolve contested invoices.
• Apply terms of Long‑Term Agreements and develop documentation for teammates.
• Collaborate with operations and supply chain to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Proactively monitor delivery schedules and track critical shortages, working with Supply Chain Management or Customer Logistics Service to expedite urgent needs.

• High school diploma.
• At least 3 years of experience in customer service, contract administration, or customer support.
• Applicants must be U.S. persons under ITAR (i.e., U.S. citizen, permanent resident, political asylee, or refugee).
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship.

• 4‑year accredited college degree.
• Experience supporting manufacturing products or customers.
• Experience in aerospace.
• Proficiency with SAP and/or MFG Pro.
• Customer support experience for technical products.
• Experience preparing quotes.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• Experience with customer portals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Analytical skills and detail orientation.
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks efficiently, and work on multiple projects independently.
• Ability to manage time‑sensitive projects, meet critical deadlines, and deliver commitments calmly and organized.
• Customer service skills and aptitude.
