Front Desk; Recent Grads

Are you bilingual in English and Spanish, outgoing, friendly, and great with people? We are looking for a motivated Front Desk Sales & Customer Service.

Schedule 5 days per week. Weekend availability is required — Saturday and Sunday. Employees will have 2 weekdays off, with the specific days discussed and determined between the candidate and management. Clinic hours are generally:
Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM;
Saturday–Sunday: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM. Must be flexible to work at Ventura, Oxnard, and Port Hueneme locations as needed.

Representative to join a growing healthcare organization and support multiple chiropractic clinic locations throughout Ventura County.

• Welcome and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude
• Schedule and manage patient appointments
• Assist with onboarding new patients
• Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries
• Follow up with leads and prospective patients
• Explain chiropractic services, treatment options, and membership programs
• Present treatment plans and packages to patients
• Assist with billing-related questions
• Manage emails and general administrative tasks
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment
• Provide excellent customer service while supporting daily clinic operations

• Bilingual English/Spanish – required

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• 1+ year of customer service, sales, healthcare, hospitality, retail, or front-desk experience preferred
• Friendly, outgoing, and personable communication style
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers and discussing services and treatment options
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Sales-minded with the ability to confidently present services and packages
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Professional, dependable, and punctual
• Ability to handle customer questions, concerns, and difficult situations professionally
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
