We are a fast-paced, growing PPO and fee-for-service private practicethat offers the best in dentistry for our area. Ranked a top practice year after year, we provide advanced services such as laser periodontal therapy, biomimetic enamel regeneration, therapeutic Botox for TMD, sleep apnea testing and treatment, laser dentistry, implant placement and restorations, and more. Compensation: $35-40 per hour, based on experience
Schedule- Full-time

- Lead and support all dental assistants and sterilization team members
- Assist in onboarding, training, and mentoring new clinical team members
- Monitor compliance with clinical protocols, infection control standards, and OSHA requirements
- Serve as a resource for clinical questions, workflows, and patient care issues
- Promote a positive, collaborative culture among the clinical team
- Other duties as assigned
- Active RDA License
- 3+ years of prior hands-on dental assisting experience is required
- Knowledge of Dentrix Ascend software
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and infection control protocols
