Learning and Development Administrator

Manpower -  - Responsibilities:
Schedule and organize training sessions (including New Employee Orientation), workshops, and seminars for both new hires and current employees;
Manage and update the Learning Management System with new courses, user data, training records and SOP updates;
Ensure compliance training is completed timely and drives are completed across the organization;
Be main point of contact and manage L&D inbox and maintain L&D training calendar;
Book training venues, arrange logistics, ensure training materials are available
