Job Description

What You’ll Do- Lead structured Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations using Six Sigma and industry-standard problem-solving tools, ensuring effective and sustainable solutions.
- Facilitate cross-functional teams to identify true root causes, implement corrective actions, and verify effectiveness through disciplined closure.
- Provide production quality support by analyzing defects, yield trends, and process variation to reduce escapes and improve process capability.
- Support nonconformance dispositioning, risk assessments, and material review activities in partnership with Engineering and Operations.
- Execute program quality engineering responsibilities, including EIDPs, CoCs, audits, customer reviews, engineering change support, and compliance with QMS and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline, with experience in high-reliability or precision manufacturing environments.
- Strong proficiency in structured problem solving, RCCA methodologies, and data analysis to identify trends and drive decisions.
- Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced production and program settings.
- Six Sigma Green Belt (minimum) or Black Belt preferred, with experience mentoring engineers in RCCA or continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001, AS9100), configuration management, engineering changes, and optical or precision electronics systems.

Salary Range$77,900.00 - $
