Environmental, Health Safety; EHS Program Manager

Join us as an EHS Program Manager, where you’ll lead initiatives that ensure compliance, safeguard our teams, and strengthen our commitment to environmental responsibility. In this role, you’ll design and manage programs that keep our workplaces safe and healthy, while fostering a culture of sustainability and continuous improvement across the organization.

• Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulatory requirements in the context of and consideration for the company’s culture of Quality, Safety, Efficacy, and Efficiency.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, hazard assessments, job safety analyses (JSAs), ergonomic evaluations, and safety audits.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and inspections.
• Monitor and analyze workplace safety metrics; recommend improvement strategies.
• Ensure timely reporting and processing of workers’ compensation claims.
• Communicate regularly with WC insurance contacts regarding program administration and claims management, ensuring prompt and effective claims handling.

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or Engineering, Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environments.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and local environmental regulations.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or a similar credential preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and training skills in English and Spanish.

US Base Pay Scale: $90,300 - $120,100

The base pay scale for this role is what Meissner reasonably expects to pay for the position, although actual pay may vary from this scale depending on an applicant's experience.
