** Pay Range:** $85,000 - $120,000
** What's the Job?*
* + Develop, design, document, and validate manufacturing equipment and processes, both existing and new, to ensure optimal performance and quality.
+ Analyze product and equipment specifications to determine feasible designs that align with manufacturing capabilities and project goals.
+ Collaborate with research and production teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement modifications for improved reliability and efficiency.
+ Create detailed project plans, including schedules, testing protocols, and documentation to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
+ Provide technical guidance on manufacturing techniques, materials, and process advantages to support long-term plant and product engineering strategies.
** What's Needed?*
* + Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
+ Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar engineering role, with a proven track record of process development and equipment design.
+ Strong proficiency in 2-D and 3-D CAD software for designing and documenting systems and components.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
+ Effective communication skills to convey technical information clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders.
