Role Overview
Meissner Filtration Products seeks an Applications Engineering Coordinator to provide critical project coordination to the Applications Engineering department, a customer‑facing group that provides engineered‑to‑order solutions. The Coordinator collaborates with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Procurement to support customer orders and internal planning.
Key Responsibilities- Interact with applications engineers to comprehend job scope and oversee team capacity.
- Collaborate with other functional teams and departments to enhance organizational productivity.
- Allocate incoming project requests to appropriate engineers and ensure tasks are assigned effectively and in a timely manner.
- Administer applications engineering’s inbox and respond to routine inquiries from internal and external sources.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science preferred.
- Experience with pharmaceutical operations strongly desired.
- Minimum of two years’ operations, project coordination, or project management experience including quality, technical, administrative, financial, and contractual responsibilities.
- Knowledge or work experience relating to order processing, inventory, and shipping procedures.
- Proficiency with MS Office software including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

This is an on‑site role based out of our headquarters in Camarillo, CA.

US BASE PAY SCALE $27.82 - $35.11.
The base pay scale for this role reflects what Meissner reasonably expects to pay for the position although actual pay may vary from this scale depending on an applicant's experience.
