Electronics Engineer, Test Engineer
A well-established manufacturer of power electronics products is seeking an Electronics Test Engineer to join their engineering team in Camarillo, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing automated test solutions for innovative electronic products used in demanding industrial and high-performance applications.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement automated test software to validate electronic hardware, software, and system performance.
- Develop functional test programs and test fixtures for power electronic assemblies.
- Collaborate with design engineering teams to ensure products are designed with testability in mind.
- Support manufacturing test processes for analog and embedded systems.
- Drive continuous improvement through new test methodologies, processes, and automation initiatives.
- Analyze test data and troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-level issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 4 years of experience developing automated test solutions for electronic assemblies.
- Programming experience with object-oriented languages such as C# or C++.
- Experience with data acquisition systems and serial or network communications.
- Familiarity with electronic test equipment and laboratory instrumentation.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced engineering environment.

- TCP/IP communications
- Source code version control systems
- SQL and database fundamentals
- Statistical data analysis
- Reviewing electronic schematics and designing for testability
- Full-time, onsite position in Camarillo, CA
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident required
- Compensation range: $95,000-$120,000
