The intern who will be considered for selection shall possess the following behaviors:- Accountability

- Study SAE AS9100 standard including understanding of all clauses
- Study All Clear Engineered Products four segments (WAM CA, WAM SC, ATI, and TAVCO) QMS including quality Manuals in accordance with AS9100 clauses.
- Perform gap analysis with cross clause compliance matrix
- Create documentation
- Provide an overview of the revised documentation scheme to management
- Work with a cross-functional team to train affected roles and functions
- Perform one cycle of internal audits
- Submit internal audits and overview to the registrar, if needed
- Previous experience documenting and designing workflows and procedures, while ensuring document traceability and compliance.
- Micro & Macro-Level Flowcharting:
Expertise in visualizing processes through flowcharts at both granular (task-specific) and high-level (end-to-end workflow) perspectives using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or other known formats. - Previous experience with AS9100 and ISO 9001 highly desired.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Good teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and other activities.
- Good presentation and writing/communication skills.
- Capable to work in an autonomous work environment on projects.
- Capable to work on engineering projects from project inception through launch.
- Must be enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university.
- Currently pursuing a B.S. or M.S in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or other closely related fields
- Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.25/4.0 or higher (unofficial academic transcripts must be provided at time of application by uploading the documents to your application or profile)
- Must be a U.S. Person as defined by U.S. Export Laws (ITAR) – i.e. a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident.
- Have basic mechanical and manufacturing skills.
- Be capable of reading and understanding drawings and technical specifications are a plus.

Salary Description
$25.00 per hour
