Job Description & Skill Requirement:
- Create detailed 2D Manufacturing Work Instructions (MWI) from 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and BOMs for aerospace manufacturing processes.
- Develop and maintain Tool Matrix Lists, including tooling, fixtures, gauges, and equipment requirements for production activities.
- Support Solumina MES conversion, implementation, and data migration activities, including routings, process plans, and manufacturing documentation.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Production, and IT teams to ensure manufacturing processes comply with AS9100 and customer requirements.
- Validate manufacturing documentation, manage engineering changes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and product quality.
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
