We are seeking a Sr. Mechanical Design Engineer with strong proficiency in Solid Works (3D modeling and 2D drafting) to support product development and production drawing activities. The role involves design execution, project coordination, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of engineering outputs.

Experience in the medical device or biopharma industry is preferred but not mandatory.

• Create and develop 3D models and assemblies using Solid Works
• Generate and maintain accurate 2D manufacturing drawings
• Support production drawing updates and revisions as required
• Work on engineering design tasks across multiple projects
• Participate in project coordination activities with internal teams
• Ensure drawings comply with design standards, tolerances, and manufacturing requirements
• Collaborate with engineers, manufacturing teams, and stakeholders for design validation
• Maintain proper documentation of design changes and revisions
  
  Support continuous improvement of design processes and outputs

• Strong proficiency in Solid Works (3D modeling and 2D drafting)
• Good understanding of mechanical design principles
• Ability to create clear, accurate, and production-ready drawings
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

• Experience in medical device or biopharmaceutical industry
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and tolerancing standards (GD&T preferred)
• Experience supporting production or manufacturing engineering teams

• Strong communicator with attention to detail
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Proactive and collaborative approach to project work
