Role Description

This is a part‑time on‑site role for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Camarillo, CA. The therapist will provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, addressing diverse mental health needs and fostering meaningful relationships. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing crisis intervention, and delivering evidence‑based therapy. Collaboration with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members is key to creating personalized care plans that align with the unique goals of each client.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Relationship Counseling, Family Therapy, and Counseling
  • Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health practices
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
  • Experience with diverse populations, including individuals, couples, and families
  • Commitment to evidence‑based and client‑centered therapeutic approaches
  • Background working with veterans, first responders, or military populations is a plus
  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
