Key Responsibilities:- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts and manage candidate communications.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies and benefits.
- Track attendance and leaves of absence.
- Support HR compliance tasks, including I-9 verification.
- High School Diploma or GED (some college preferred).
- Minimum of one year of admin or HR-related experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and attention to detail.
Skills:
- Associate's degree.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems like ADP Workforce Now.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
