HR Specialist - Bilingual Spanish

Job Summary

A well-established food and beverage production organization in Camarillo, CA is seeking a Bilingual HR Specialist to support day-to-day Human Resources operations in a professional, stable, and team-oriented environment. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who enjoys variety, employee interaction, and partnering closely with HR leadership.

The Bilingual HR Specialist will support employee relations, onboarding, HR administration, recruiting coordination, benefits support, documentation, compliance records, and employee communication in both English and Spanish. • Provide day-to-day HR support to the HR Manager across multiple Human Resources functions.
• Assist with employee relations, onboarding, new-hire processes, personnel documentation, and HR administration.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and support compliance-related documentation.
• Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, leaves, and employee programs.
• Prepare HR correspondence, reports, and documentation with accuracy and professionalism.
• Communicate effectively with employees and management in both English and Spanish.

• Salary: $75,000 to $80,000 per year.

  Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Support daily HR operations, employee relations, onboarding, and HR administration.
• Coordinate recruiting, hiring, personnel documentation, and new-hire processes.
• Maintain confidential employee records and assist with compliance-related HR activities.
• Provide bilingual English and Spanish communication support to employees and management.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required, with the ability to read, write, and speak both languages fluently.
• Comfortable completing part of the interview process in Spanish.
• 3 to 5 years of HR Specialist, HR Generalist, or similar Human Resources experience required.
• Strong understanding of general HR practices, employee support, documentation, and workplace confidentiality.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive employee information with discretion.
• Professional demeanor and ability to work independently while partnering closely with HR leadership.
• Demonstrated employment stability and interest in a long-term career opportunity.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Associate's degree may be considered with relevant Human Resources experience.
• Experience supporting HR in a production, manufacturing, food and beverage, or similar employee environment is helpful.
• Prior experience supporting benefits, leave administration, compliance records, and employee programs is preferred.
