Stacking Machine Operator

Job Summary:

Join our dynamic team as a Stacking Machine Operator! Under the guidance of the Casting/Mixer Lead, you will play a vital role in setting up and operating our stacking machine, ensuring the highest quality of dielectric material sheets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Set up and operate the stacking machine according to the specified traveler instructions.

* Stack sheets of dielectric material, maintaining adherence to build-up designs and dielectric types.

* Interpret travelers and locate program files for accurate SPC Data Entry.

* Conduct inspections of stacked bars using a microscope to ensure quality standards.

* Maintain a clean and organized work area, performing housekeeping tasks as assigned.

* Participate in cross-training for versatility in various roles within the department.

* Communicate effectively with team members to achieve production goals.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or GED required.

* Experience in setting up and operating semi-automated machines preferred.

* Familiarity with microscope use and basic computer skills.

* Solid math skills and strong verbal/written communication abilities.
