In this vital role, you'll be responsible for assembling components accurately and efficiently, ensuring every piece meets our high standards. If you take pride in precision and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, this position is perfect for you! 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift available!
Required Skills:
* Strong manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
* Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions or blueprints
* Basic use of hand tools and power tools
* Dependability and a strong work ethic
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
Nice to Have
Skills:
* Experience with electronic or mechanical assembly
* Familiarity with quality control processes
* Basic troubleshooting abilities
Preferred
Education and Experience:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Prior assembly or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
Other Requirements:
* Willingness to work flexible shifts if needed
* Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
