Brief Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Work with growing, labor, Post-harvest, and IPM teams to ensure decisions are made in a timely manner and grower’s have made final sign‑off
- Update weekly work orders, as well as facilitate changes according to documented approval procedures
- Data entry and maintenance of information in Excel and centralized network
- Complete weekly planning tasks with Cultivation department including confirming next week’s transfer orders, harvest orders, cloning orders, and planting orders
- Propose changes and alterations to future work orders as they arise, obtain proper sign‑off and make sure proper departments are informed
- Track and monitor plant movement and activities as they occur, update actuals in planning documents
- Communicate adjustments to team members in Spanish and English
- Help to maintain quality standards of greenhouse activities, including updating documentation and getting proper sign‑off from department managers
- To audit labor, IPM, and cultivation crews with quality reports, as well as SOPs are being adhered to
- Help with MaintainX submittals
- Use required PPE per OSHA regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Willingness to learn Cannabis cultivars and cultivation requirements
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Bilingual preferred
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
- Authorized to work in the United States
- This position requires a 40‑hour minimum work week
- Must be able to write and communicate effectively with the entire
