Electro-Mechanical Assembler Opportunity - Camarillo, CA

Ultimate Staffing is partnering with an electronics manufacturing company in Camarillo, CA that is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join its growing production team.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20–$23/hr DOE

This hands‑on role supports a variety of manufacturing operations, including electro‑mechanical assembly, soldering, conformal coating, product testing, and quality inspections. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast‑paced production environment and takes pride in producing high‑quality work.

• assemble electro‑mechanical products and subassemblies
• perform conformal coating, masking, touch‑up work, and RTV application
• complete through‑hole and basic SMT soldering tasks
• prepare components using hand and pneumatic tools
• perform basic product testing and verification
• read and follow work instructions, assembly drawings, and specifications
• inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards
• maintain adherence to IPC, ESD, ISO, and internal manufacturing procedures
• enter production data and completed work into the ERP system
• support multiple production areas as business needs require

• At least 1 year of electro‑mechanical assembly or related manufacturing experience
• Familiarity with IPC-A-610 standards
• Experience using hand tools and manufacturing equipment
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic work instructions
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Surface Mount (SMT) soldering
• Through‑hole soldering
• Electronics manufacturing or electro‑mechanical assembly environments

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. as needed
• Availability for overtime, including occasional weekends
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident due to regulatory requirements
