Electro-Mechanical Assembler Opportunity - Camarillo, CA
Ultimate Staffing is partnering with an electronics manufacturing company in Camarillo, CA that is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join its growing production team.
Location:
Camarillo, CA
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20–$23/hr DOE

Full-Time
This hands‑on role supports a variety of manufacturing operations, including electro‑mechanical assembly, soldering, conformal coating, product testing, and quality inspections. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast‑paced production environment and takes pride in producing high‑quality work.
Key Responsibilities- assemble electro‑mechanical products and subassemblies
- perform conformal coating, masking, touch‑up work, and RTV application
- complete through‑hole and basic SMT soldering tasks
- prepare components using hand and pneumatic tools
- perform basic product testing and verification
- read and follow work instructions, assembly drawings, and specifications
- inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards
- maintain adherence to IPC, ESD, ISO, and internal manufacturing procedures
- enter production data and completed work into the ERP system
- support multiple production areas as business needs require
- At least 1 year of electro‑mechanical assembly or related manufacturing experience
- Familiarity with IPC-A-610 standards
- Experience using hand tools and manufacturing equipment
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic work instructions
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Surface Mount (SMT) soldering
- Through‑hole soldering
- Electronics manufacturing or electro‑mechanical assembly environments
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. as needed
- Availability for overtime, including occasional weekends
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident due to regulatory requirements
