Glass House Farms is seeking an Assistant Grower to assist the Grower in managing cannabis cultivation operations in our greenhouse. You will help with propagation, cultivation and pest control, following established plans and safety policies.
The role requires knowledge of cannabis genetics and growth cycles, the ability to operate climate control systems, and a willingness to work weekends and nights. 2+ years in agriculture preferred, and the position is full-time and non-exempt.
