Manufacturing Engineer

Overview

Manufacturing Engineer / Project Manager role located in Camarillo, CA. Must have manufacturing experience, be able to read engineering drawings and blueprints, and have strong Microsoft Excel skills. The role oversees customer projects from start to finish in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Oversee customer projects from initiation to delivery, coordinating timelines, resources, and customer requirements.
• Manage approximately 40–50 projects concurrently, each at different stages with varying priorities and timelines.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers to align on project scope and expectations.
• Drive projects forward, balancing multiple priorities to ensure on-time delivery.

• Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Manufacturing or project management experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
• Ability to manage customers effectively.

Location:

Camarillo, CA. Pay: $70-100k/year DOE. Must have manufacturing experience as noted above.
