Production Lead (Night Shift) – Manufacturing

Required Skills:
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing
- Solid understanding of quality control, including inspection and process control
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities
- Ability to work the night shift and complete training on the 1st shift
Nice to Have
Skills:
- Experience with plastic injection molding
- Previous experience coaching and developing team members
Preferred
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training a plus
- Experience leading production teams in a fast-paced environment
Other Requirements:
- Availability for night shifts (typically 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM; times may vary)
- Willingness to train on the 1st shift for about one month
