J-STD Certified Solderer

Camarillo, CA - Pay: $24-28/hr DOE
- Schedule:
1st shift with daily overtime hours
We are currently seeking a J-STD Certified Solderer to join our growing manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience performing precision soldering on electronic assemblies while maintaining the highest quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.
Qualifications- Current or previous IPC J-STD-001 Certification required.
- Experience soldering through-hole and surface mount (SMT) components.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Comfortable working with microscopes and small electronic components.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- IPC-A-610 Certification is a plus.
- Experience in aerospace, defense, medical device, or electronics manufacturing.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and quality systems.
