Molding Production Operator

• Run, trim, bag, box, count, and store molded parts
• Monitor production and molded parts while machines are running
• Adjust the injection molding process as necessary to produce quality parts
• Measure and inspect molded parts for visual and dimensional issues
• Ensure molded parts conform to specifications
• Trim excess material from molded parts
• Count, bag, and pack products to prevent contamination or distortion
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals
• Maintain safety standards and quality control specifications

• A personal commitment to produce the highest quality product
• Basic computer skills
• Basic math knowledge (multiply, subtract, divide, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to work in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom environment
• Must wear powder-free gloves, face masks, hairnets, gowns, and shoe covers in the cleanroom
• Shorts, loose, or baggy clothing are not permitted in the cleanroom
• Makeup, hair styling products, soiled, fuzzy, or frayed clothing must not be worn into the cleanroom
• Only nonsmokers are permitted to enter or work in the cleanroom

Demonstrates expertise in injection molding processes, ensuring quality control and adherence to specifications in a cleanroom environment. Proficient in measuring, inspecting, and packaging molded parts while maintaining safety standards.
