Job Summary
We are seeking an Electro Production Tech in Camarillo, CA for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a manufacturing team that produces cable assemblies and related components. This is a strong opportunity for someone with basic electrical knowledge, mechanical aptitude, and hands‑on assembly experience who wants to build a long‑term technical career.
In this role, you will receive practical, on-the-job exposure to cable assembly, production equipment, injection molding machines, quality inspection, and basic troubleshooting. The work environment is team-oriented, safety-focused, and supportive of candidates who are reliable, eager to learn, and interested in advancement within manufacturing and production operations.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble cables, cable components, and related production parts according to instructions and quality standards.
- Perform hands‑on production and assembly duties using appropriate tools, equipment, and procedures.
- Assist with basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on production equipment.
- Support injection molding machines and other manufacturing equipment as needed.
- Conduct routine equipment checks and inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following production, quality, and safety procedures.
- Pay: $23 per hour.
- Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM. - Job Type: Temp‑to‑Hire.
- Location:
Camarillo, CA.
- Assemble cable assemblies and electrical components in a production environment.
- Perform routine production, inspection, and quality control tasks.
- Assist with basic troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, and production equipment.
- Support safe and efficient operation of tools, machines, and workstations.
Basic knowledge of electricity, voltage, wiring, or electrical components
.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to use hand tools and power tools.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred in manufacturing, assembly, production, machine operation, maintenance, or electronics.
- Ability to follow work instructions, production procedures, quality guidelines, and safety requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to learn technical processes.
- Ability to work a Monday-Friday day shift schedule in Camarillo, CA.
- Experience with cable assembly, electronics assembly, injection molding, or component manufacturing.
- Technical coursework or training in electrical, electronics, mechanical, or related fields.
- Prior experience assisting with machine checks, maintenance tasks, or basic troubleshooting.
- Interest in growing into a long‑term technical or production role.
