Daily Operations&Supervision
:

Oversee day-to-daytasksinthepost-harvestdepartmenttoensure they are performed to the highest standards. This includes managing the team, directing work, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately as per the Post Harvest Assistant Manager instructions.

Audits & Reporting
:
Conduct daily and weekly audits to ensure the accuracy of operations. Collaboratewiththe Dry Room Leadtomaintainandupdatealiveschedulethatsupportstheneedsof  boththe

Cultivation and Processing Production teams .Generatecorrespondingreportsbasedonaudit findings.

Forecast Management
:

Workcloselywiththemanagementteamtoupdateliveforecastfilesweekly, ensuring that all relevant data is current and accessible for production planning.

Dried Product Outtake
:
Oversee the daily outtake of dried product for both Packhouse 2 and Packhouse
3. Supervise the dry room technicians to ensure accurate weighing of each harvest per its correspondingbatchandverifythisdatafortrackingandphasechangesusingtheappropriatesoftware.

Data Tracking & Adjustments
:
Ensure all weights and measures protocols are followed and make necessaryadjustmentsinCAMetrcand

Seed&Beyond platforms.

Shareupdatedfileswithproduction teams as confirmation and maintain accuracy in the tracking systems

Climate Control Audits :

Conductfourclimatecontrolauditsduringtheshifttoensureallsystemsare functioning properly. Immediately report any discrepancies or issues that need attention to the Post Harvest Assistant Manager.

End-of-Day Reporting:Attheendofeachshift,ensureallrelevantdataiscompletedandsendanend- of-day report to the Post Harvest Assistant Manager for approval. Ensure smooth transition of shift
