Overview
Quality Assurance Inspector (Electronics Assembly) – Camarillo, CA. Ultimate Staffing is partnering with an established electronics manufacturing company in the Camarillo area to identify a Quality Assurance Inspector for a full-time opportunity.
Location: Camarillo, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Overtime and occasional weekends required)
Pay Rate: $20–$26/hour DOE
Employment Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities- Inspect electronic assemblies, PCBAs, components, and mechanical assemblies for quality and compliance
- Review drawings, bills of materials, specifications, and datasheets
- Document inspection results and maintain quality records
- Generate non-conformance reports and assist with containment activities
- Collect and track quality, yield, and defect data
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality concerns
- Ensure proper handling and protection of products throughout the manufacturing process
- Previous experience in Electronics Quality Inspection
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, work instructions, and technical documentation
- Knowledge of electronic components and assembly processes
- Familiarity with IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 standards preferred
- Experience using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, microscopes, pin gauges, and shims
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify component markings, polarity, and color codes
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform standing, walking, and sitting throughout the workday
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident due to regulatory requirements
