This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role based in Camarillo, CA. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, lead and motivate a team, and implement retail strategies to achieve sales goals. They will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring adherence to retail loss prevention protocols, and creating an engaging customer experience. Additionally, the role involves mentoring staff and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment aligned with Reformation s mission.

• Strong expertise in Store Management and understanding of retail operations
• Experience in providing excellent Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Effective Communication skills to lead and inspire a team and engage with customers
