Description
As one of our highly skilled sales associates you will combine your creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in‑store experience which educates and delights our customers.
We expect you to work as part of a high‑performing team to create impact with in‑store events and ensure that the store always achieves our high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against our competitors.
Responsibilities- Provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service to each guest.
- Support in‑store events and contribute to a dynamic store experience.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Use retail point‑of‑sale software during customer transactions.
- Preferred background in retail sales; amateur level experience acceptable if it demonstrates high creative and technical expertise.
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events.
- Prior experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
- Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
Hourly range: $13.61 to $22.69, varying based on experience, skills, education, and geographic location.
Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and additional rewards based on performance and company results.
