Sales Ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and representing the brand through personalized styling and strong product knowledge. Role focuses on building client relationships, driving sales performance, coaching team members, and supporting store initiatives to uphold brand standards.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling recommendations.
• Drive individual and team sales to meet monthly and annual targets.
• Leverage digital tools and CRM to support clienteling and outreach.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to improve customer centric behaviors.
• Maintain store visual standards and follow company guidelines.
• Participate in store initiatives, community outreach, and team training.
• Balance tasks while prioritizing the customer experience.
• Support talent sourcing and provide feedback to management on category opportunities.

• Experience in retail sales, preferably in a high-volume or specialty environment.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate register, stand, walk, and maneuver on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate climbing.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Familiarity with digital selling tools and CRM preferred.
• Ability to follow company policies and maintain a professional work environment.
