Key Responsibilities- Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store including opening and closing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising and maintaining a clean, well‑presented store.
- Act as a role model for the team, demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge.
- Create amazing customer experiences through authentic service that leaves a lasting impression.
- Achieve sales goals and performance metrics, driving store success and acting as an ambassador in local marketing efforts.
- Perform other duties as required/assigned by manager.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, including health & safety regulations and inventory management.
- Take ownership of stock management and executing visual merchandising guidelines, contributing to and delivering on store KPIs.
- Demonstrated retail sales success.
- Experience in a customer‑facing role; supervisory experience is preferred but not essential.
- Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
- Retail environment.
- Performing duties in accordance with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum: $16.00 – Maximum: $21.00
