As a Sales Associate, better known as a “Product Specialist,” you’ll engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and contribute to store success. This entry‑level retail role offers room to grow for those who are passionate about retail sales, skilled as a cashier, or seeking a flexible schedule.

• Starting rate: $17.00 per hour
• Pay range: $17.00 – $18.04 per hour

• Engage customers with personalized product advice and exceptional service
• Contribute to store and individual sales goals
• Maintain store appearance by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and managing merchandise, including lifting up to 50 pounds as needed
• Handle cashier duties, accurately processing payments and ensuring a great final impression
• Stay informed on the latest Skechers footwear, apparel, and accessories to enhance the customer experience and boost sales
• Collaborate with teammates to create an inviting store environment that reflects the Skechers brand and meets company standards

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential
