Job Overview
This teller will engage clients in the lobby and assist with transactions via mobile banking, online banking, or ATM.
Responsibilities- Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
- Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs.
- Follow established processes and guidelines to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
- Drive the client experience.
- Manage cash responsibilities.
- Enthusiastic, highly‑motivated self‑starter with strong work ethic and focus on results.
- Effective collaborator, building and nurturing strong relationships.
- Passionate, committed, and driven to deliver an enhanced client experience.

- Experience in financial services and knowledge of products and solutions.
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- Six months of cash handling experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or a business‑related associate degree (business management, business administration, or finance).

High School Diploma, GED, or secondary school or equivalent.

Pay range: $25.00 – $27.88 per hour, based on experience, education and skill set. This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible. Benefits are available.
