What You’ll Do
- Support growers with agronomic recommendations across California
- Assist the sales team with technical knowledge and product support
- Participate in field trials and product evaluations
- Build relationships with growers and learn their operations
- Continuously learn about crop nutrition, protection, and soil health
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, or related field
- 0–3 years of experience (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in the agriculture industry
- Good communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel within California
- Hands‑on training and mentorship from experienced professionals
